The location is ideal. Located on foot from the medina and in a lively street. The quality/price ratio is correct for this establishment. It is clean, and the breakfast is hearty. We had a balcony, which was very pleasant, and the room is very bright and also quiet.

the hotel is very good located in the city center so you are quickly connected to the train or louage station. Also around 25 mins by taxi to Sidi bou Said. the room itself was great with a comfortable bed and all included what you need to rest from a tired exploration trip!
The hotel's close proximity to the Medina and its recent renovations are a real bonus. The breakfast buffet is very complete. The strawberry juice is a delight!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff was always polite, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is in great condition: clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What really stood out was how the front desk manager handled a small issue that came up. She was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient in resolving it, making sure I felt well taken care of. Thanks to her and the staff.
